Challenge
The client had an existing sunroom on his property which was removed and replaced with a new Conservatory Style Sunroom from Living Space ®. Part of the challenge was replacing the existing sunroom with one that covered the same floor area as the existing sunroom. Additionally, the home owner wanted to condition the space with an AC unit but also provide heat for the cold months of the year, making the sunroom a completely livable 4 season space.
Solution
The Homeowners wanted to replace the existing sunroom as well as changing the interior floor finishes. Additionally steps needed to be added to the exterior part of the sunroom leading up to the concrete landing. In order to create a fully livable space a split PTAC unit was installed that could be used as both a heater and an Air Conditioner.
