Challenge
The Client wanted to transform the existing deck into an accommodating sunroom. With the addition of a new sunroom to the deck it was necessary to add new siding, roof repairs and rebuild the deck. It was a challenge because the existing deck needed to be removed and new deck rebuilt on a second level. The homeowner wanted to integrate the new sunroom and deck to the existing architecture of the home.
Solution
The Homeowners wanted a sunroom that would be a completely livable space but that would integrate nicely with the existing conditions of the home. They decided to get a Cathedral Style Sunroom from Living Space ®. This style of sunroom is characterized by it’s vaulted ceiling that allows natural light filter into the room.
